Mission Impossible
Omschrijving
In the next decades, the world will be facing major threats and challenges such as global warming as a result of high CO2 emissions, the effects of climate change like floodings and coastal erosion and the growing scarcity of resources. DEME is searching for solutions in response to these future needs. Through innovative thinking DEME can offer sustainable solutions in various fields such as soil and sediment remediation, water treatment, coastal protection, beach nourishment, development of offshore wind energy and energy from waves, tidals and currents, offshore dredging of gravel and sand, deep sea harvesting of minerals and creation of land in densely populated regions, ports and industries. The drive for innovation and technical leadership are key to succeed in this mission.
