Agile 101
A follow-up on the 'Introduction & debate: Agile, Lean or QRM?' event. Jorrit de Vries will provide us a crash course with more knowledge on Agile working and project management techniques.
While working as a Solution Lead at Atos, Jorrit uses the Agile approach on an everyday basis to structurize his projects. For one evening he switches his role from YKE chairman to presenter to give us an insight on the best practices from the Agile approach.
What is Agile?
Agile is an iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer headaches. Instead of betting everything on a "big bang" launch, an agile team delivers work in small, but consumable, increments. Requirements, plans, and results are evaluated continuously so teams have a natural mechanism for responding to change quickly. [Source: https://www.atlassian.com/agile]
