On July 11 there will be a come-together of the members of KIVI Geotechniek at the KIVI Building (Prinsessegracht 23, 2514 AP Den Haag). All members are invited to join the borrel in the foyer from 16:30 – 19:00h.

At 17:00h Reda Meftahi from Survey Intelligence will give a talk on the potential of satellite data in the early detection of the incident that was responsible for the closure of the Prinses Margriettunnel. Many engineers have heard about InSAR but are not necessarily aware of the latest development to overcome the known limitations. This case study has important implications for the structural health monitoring of infrastructure in the Netherlands.

If you like to join the come-together, please subscribe on the KIVI website.
