After a highly successful series of master classes in the previous year, CI has teamed up with Bart van Emden to launch a new series of the master class 'Customer focus makes money!'. The first session of the masterclass was entitled 'How to get out of the price spiral'.

In a three-part session, first a bit of theory on customer focus was covered. Then Arie van Vliet (Gouda Vuurvast) told how he did not want to get into a price spiral and sought cooperation with his customer to find cost savings together. This story was then confirmed by his customer, Robert Hageman of AVR Rotterdam, in a very inspiring speech.

All in all, a very successful first session, in which there was a lot of interaction with the participants.

The master class is compiled by Drs Bart van Emden, b-to-b marketing specialist for "opinionated" professionals and management. Each session will be introduced by Bart. At each lecture, a different guest speaker is invited to share with us his insights, experiences and results on customer centricity.

This first part of the masterclass is entitled: 'How to get out of the price spiral?' Everyone gets what they deserve. If you are really good, you make a profit and have a lot of work. What is the secret of companies that can do this extremely well? And, what is the route to get there?
