Margot Dijker, owner of Dijk Training & Coaching, conducted an "Influencing" workshop for 27 participants on 13 October. Margot had previously given this workshop in The Hague and given the need, this time the workshop was organised in Eindhoven.

After the sandwich meal, Margot began her enthusiastically given workshop by explaining the theory of the influencing process and influencing strategy and also practising influencing techniques. There was plenty of room for questions and real-life examples. This interaction was seen as very constructive by the participants.

After the workshop, almost all participants took the trouble to fill in the evaluation form. The price/quality ratio of this workshop was rated an average of eight. The speaker's enthusiasm was also rated highly. Some participants would have liked more time for the theoretical background of the influencing process.

Afterwards, there was an enjoyable networking reception which was well used.

The presentation has now been sent digitally to the participants.

The board of the Commercial Engineering Department thanks the participants for attending the lecture and of course Margot for hosting the workshop.

Description

Introduction
Influencing others is something you do every day, often unconsciously and with varying results. Sometimes you succeeded but don't feel so good about the way you did it. Other times, it actually went easier than you expected. In this workshop, we discuss exactly what influencing is, the influencing process and influencing techniques. The idea is to use these techniques in such a way that you get the other person on board without putting the relationship under pressure.

Target group
Everyone who wants to become more aware of how to get others on their side.

Structure of the workshop
During the workshop, we will discuss the following components to get others on their side:
- The influencing process;
- What works and what doesn't work in the influencing process;
- Influencing strategy;
- Practising influencing techniques.
Afterwards, participants will receive the Powerpoint presentation of the workshop by e-mail

17.00:00 Reception with sandwiches (included in the price)
18:00 Start of workshop
21:00 End of workshop
