About the KIVI engineering coach

KIVI engineering coaches are members who work as career coaches for other KIVI members

Acts as a confidential sounding board and mirror.
Increases insight into your professional and personal qualities and ambitions.
Recognises and formulates the possible contributions the engineer can offer society.
Stimulates own initiatives.
Gives practical advice on applying for a job, CV, application letter and interview.
Refers to other bodies or career services of KIVI.
Does not act as a mediator in finding a new job or resolving a conflict.
