Methodology
Method of application KIVI engineering coach
Step 1: Fill in the application form and attach your CV or the link to your LinkedIn profile.
Step 2: KIVI will look for a suitable coach for you based on your situation, education, place of residence and work experience. This may take several days to weeks, depending on the availability of coaches.
Step 3: Once a coach is found, you will receive his/her contact details.
Step 4: Take your own initiative to schedule an introductory meeting. This usually takes place at the coach's office, but other locations are possible by agreement.
Step 5: In consultation with the coach, you shape the further process. The coach may decide that another coach with more specific expertise is a better fit. This will then be discussed with you and KIVI.
Step 6: The relationship and conversations with the coach are strictly personal and confidential.
Step 7: Report to KIVI and the coach when the programme is completed. You will then receive an evaluation form.
Condition
Mediation and interviews with the KIVI engineering coach are free of charge. The only condition is that you are a KIVI member.
