Some 250 companies and organisations have signed up with the Climate Coalition since November last year.
In doing this they promise to be climate-neutral by 2050 at the latest and to have taken significant steps within 5 years. MVO Nederland (Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen) offers four Climate Makeovers for this purpose. These consist of free made-to-measure advice. The winner will switch to completely climate neutral in a single year. The Makeover starts with a zero-measurement: a calculation of the present CO2 release. This is followed by an individual interview in which will be discussed where the biggest reductions can be achieved. MVO Nederland will do a follow-up during the entire year and publish a report of the results.
