Lecture Delta21 Project
You can find the sheets of the presentation under 'Documenten'
In the world of today and in the future, humanity will have numerous wide scale problems that we will have to face such as the energy transition, environmental problems, and climate change. How are we going to deal with these issues? And what is already being done? What are some new techniques that will help us not only today, but also with the problems of tomorrow?
Founders Huub Lavooij en Leen Berke will take you through the entirety of the Delta21 project which deals with just these issues. From energy transition and generation to promoting biodiversity and high-water protection. After the presentation from Huub and Leen, a panel discussion will commence with various guest professors from UT who will answer any questions you may have.
The following persons will participate in the panel discussion:
- Suzanne Hulscher - Full professor in water engineering & management
- Seirgei Miller - Associate professor in water engineering & managment
- Thomas van Veelen - Researcher in water engineering & managment
- Suhyb Salama - Associate professor in geo-information science and earth observation
