Women in Mechanical Engineering 2025

Inspiration, ambition, and innovation, told by women in Mechanical Engineering.

Why do women choose the mechanical engineering research field? What inspires them, what has their education offered them and how do they stand in society today?

We invite four inspiring women to share their views on achieving success, career plans,  and perhaps changing this traditionally male world into one with more women.

This event is organised by the Mechanical Engineering Department (EEMCS) in collaboration with KIVI Students Twente (KST) and KIVI Network Female Engineers (NVI).

We hope to welcome (Ph.D.) students, young professionals, career tigers, alumni, and everyone who cares about Mechanical Engineering.
