The energy transition requires innovative and sustainable heat solutions. Geothermal energy is increasingly recognized as an important contributor to the future Dutch energy system. Through research, demonstration projects, and collaboration with industry partners, TU Delft is playing a leading role in advancing geothermal technologies and subsurface energy systems.

KIVI is pleased to offer its members and guests an exclusive opportunity to visit the TU Delft Geothermal Research Facilities. Participants will gain first-hand insight into the Geothermie Delft geothermal project, ongoing research activities, laboratory facilities, and the challenges and opportunities associated with geothermal energy development.

The visit is intended for engineers, energy professionals, researchers, and students with an interest in the energy transition, subsurface engineering, and sustainable heat solutions.
