NWGD symposium
Omschrijving
The Dutch Working Party on Drying (NWGD)organises her yearly symposium about industrial drying on Monday 25 November 2013 in the Congress Centre Jaarbeurs Utrecht. The theme is ‘Efficient drying towards better product quality’, with attention for amongst others:
- Stabilisation of proteins & gum arabics during spray drying
- Application of heat pumps in industrial drying processes
- Efficient drying with exhaust gasses
- Advanced modelling of spray drying processes
- More sustainable production by water footprinting
The subjects are related to both food and non-food applications.
