Agentic AI and LLMs: from Developments to Challenges and Perspectives

The webinar will explore recent advances in the Agentic AI and LLMs domain focusing on their capabilities and applications while acknowledging core ethical and socio-technical challenges such as security, safety, transparency, and governance issues that need to be accounted when developing, deploying, and using these systems. From here, future perspectives are considered in order to make sure that a responsible, safe, and human-centred stance is adopted across their life cycle. 

About the host

Dr. Ir. Clara Maathuis is Assistant Professor in Artificial Intelligence and Security at OU. She holds a PhD in AI and Cyber Warfare, conducts research on building responsible and secure AI systems with applications in domains such as military and cyber security. At the same time, she develops and teaches courses such as Machine Learning, Responsible AI, and Security & AI.
