Is service a mentality or department ?
At our host USG Innotiv in Eindhoven, three speakers gave an interesting interpretation of the topic is service a mindset or a department.
Pieter Hoven, Syntens, presented a model, how to market service. Jacob Visser, Cofely, discussed various service contracts and Customer Intimacy. Marcel Fabrie, NVSM / IPV, emphasised in his lecture the importance of the service employee as ambassador.
There was lively interaction with the 40 or so attendees who can look back on a successful evening.
