The KIVI Engineering Student Team Award is an incentive prize for student teams. The award was created by KIVI to boost tomorrow's engineers, showcase what students are capable of as a team and provide greater exposure for their innovative projects

Delft Hyperloop - Delft University of Technology
Active since: 2016
Delft Hyperloop is a Dream team from TU Delft working on the development of the hyperloop. Our vision is to accelerate the implementation of the hyperloop to offer a sustainable and time-efficient transport option connecting major cities. Every year, Delft Hyperloop participates in the European Hyperloop Week (EHW): a student competition aimed at encouraging hyperloop innovation and technological development. The EHW is a competition in which student teams from all over the world may participate to demonstrate their hyperloop prototype. In addition to the demonstration award, there is also a research award and showcase award to be won to encourage long-term research and public acceptance. Every year, Delft Hyperloop changes teams and works towards a new goal.

Solar Boat Twente - University of Twente

Solar Boat Twente is a passionate and ambitious student team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sustainable innovation in the maritime sector. Comprising 24 students from Saxion and the University of Twente, we design, build, and race high-performance solar-powered boats. Every year, we challenge ourselves to improve efficiency, speed, and sustainability through cutting-edge engineering. Collaboration is at the heart of our team, as we work closely with industry experts, sponsors, and academic institutions. Beyond competition, we aim to inspire the next generation of engineers and innovators. By continuously refining our designs and testing new solutions, we contribute to a carbon-neutral maritime future. Solar Boat Twente is not just about building a boat; it's about shaping the future of clean energy in the maritime world.

University Racing Eindhoven - Eindhoven University of Technology
Active since: 2003
University Racing Eindhoven (URE) is the largest and oldest student team at Eindhoven University of Technology. The team builds an electric and autonomous race car every year. With this car, they compete in the Formula Student competition, the largest engineering design competition in the world. URE's motto is: "Educating the engineers of the future". Besides wanting to score as well as possible in competition, the long-term goal is to educate new engineers. Within the team, there is a shared passion and ambition for optimisation and innovation. This results in the best possible formula student car every year.

This will take place on Wednesday 12 March from 16:00 to 20:30.

The Annual Conference with the theme 'Creating a healthy world together' will also take place on Wednesday 12 March from 08:30 to 16:00 at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
Society is calling for a healthier world on many levels, but how do we work towards it? The annual conference will explore this in keynotes and parallel sessions. Participants will hear a selection of the latest innovations and solutions to make the world a bit healthier.
Five themes take centre stage:

3. Mobility
4. Care
5. CircularityFor students, a ticket costs €10 (lunch included).
