On Tuesday May 13, an online mentor meeting was held for the Chartered Engineering section. The mentors present are experienced Chartered Engineers, including several members of the Chartered Engineering board and the Chartership Committee.
Mentors coach aspiring Chartered and Incorporated Engineers in preparing their portfolio within and outside your organization. This is both interesting and rewarding and helps Chartership gain the momentum it deserves!
During this meeting, the mentors discussed the progress of the (new) mentor groups they are involved in and shared their experiences. Furthermore, the mentors discussed the support and growth opportunities for these mentor groups, and the possibility of organizing a mentor training for new mentors after the summer.
