Rescheduled to 31st January 2019

Future of making mechatronics, Future made by mechatronics

Mechatronic system design is instrumental for high-tech engineering due to its multi-disciplinary field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, robotic and system & control. Wide range of applications have been enabled thanks to mechatronic system design such as semiconductor manufacturing, automation of food and agriculture, and minimally invasive surgery by the da Vinci Surgical System. In this event, among others, classical and prospective mechatronic system design, energy harvesting to replace batteries, control and application to horology will be presented.
