🚨 Opportunity for Chemical Engineers in Dutch Industry 🚨
Are you a chemical engineer working in the Dutch pharma or healthcare sector with a passion for innovation at the intersection of engineering and medicine?
NPT, in collaboration with KIVI and KNCV, is looking for one or more engineers to represent the Netherlands in the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE) – specifically in the Section on Chemical Engineering as Applied to Medicine.
We’re seeking professionals who:
🔹 Work in pharmaceutical R&D, developing innovative drug-delivery devices/systems (focus on flow and mass transfer, not drug manufacturing);
🔹 Are active in artificial organ development, membrane technology, or biomaterials – with a strong chemical engineering perspective;
🔹 Focus on toxicology or health-related effects of work environments, using chemical engineering methodologies.
🔬 Membership offers the chance to:
Collaborate with senior experts from global companies and academia
Join high-impact discussions through workshops and conferences
Contribute to cross-disciplinary initiatives with medicine and physiology professionals.
