Judith Wiese

Judith Wiese is Chief People & Sustainability Officer and a Member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG. From this position she supports shaping company transformations, workforce development, and driving the sustainability agenda.

Before joining Siemens, Judith held senior international leadership roles at DSM and Mars Incorporated across Europe and the United States. Her work focuses on leadership, organizational transformation, the future of work and the impact of emerging technologies on people and organizations. She is particularly interested in how skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and creativity can help individuals and organizations thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
