Bert Hubert

Bert is the founder of PowerDNS, software on which much of the Internet in Europe runs. He also worked for the AIVD. Until the end of 2022, he was a member of the Intelligence and Security Services Powers Deployment Review Committee. Today, he is a part-time technical adviser to the Electoral Council, and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Authority on Online Terrorist and Child Pornographic Material. Bert also writes a lot about technology and autonomy and is often consulted on this subject by governments and companies.
