Halbe Mulder
Jobtitle: Design engineer at PAL-V International
Halbe Mulder studied Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft and then worked as a mechanical and structural engineer for a simulator builder. However, since he preferred to work on real flying things, he joined PAL-V in 2021, where he worked on hydraulics and other landing gear systems. He now mainly works on the vehicle engineering simulator: a completely internally developed piece of software and hardware that not only allows to study flight behaviour and human interaction, but also to determine, for instance, all kinds of internal loads.
