ing. Pieter de Boer
Pieter de Boer has been a member of KIVI (formerly Niria) since 1996. He studied Technical Business Administration at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and subsequently took the studies in Higher Safety Science and Occupational Hygiene at PHOV in Utrecht. After working for several years as a KAM coordinator at several contractors, he started working as a consultant and trainer, first at mt&v and since 2012 at Aboma. There, he strives to promote source approach in construction in both safety and health....

ing. Marc Jonkman
Marc Jonkman joined the board of the Commercial Engineering Department in 2003, where he held the secretary position for two years and then the presidency for almost a decade until mid-2016. He was also a member of the Members' Council from 2008 to 2013, was appointed Member of Merit in 2016 and has been involved in the Governance Code "Safety in Construction" on behalf of KIVI as a Core Team Member, since its inception in 2012. He studied Commercial Engineering at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. He started his career as a sales engineer at Technisch Bureau Koppe, a trading house in drive technology, where he rose to general manager. He then held various management positions at BAM and VolkerWessels and a commercial management position at Stork. During this period, he also held various ancillary positions at a variety of organisations. Forging human connections and realising successful integral collaborations gives Marc energy. For the next step, it is now time for a rethink.

ing. Bert Videler
Bert Videler is founder and owner of the consultancy company of the same name. With the labels Bouwkwaliteitcoach.nl and bouwveiligheidcoach.nl, among others, he and 12 colleagues work to promote safety and quality in construction. Characteristic of this is their practical approach. They do not stop at advice but also help with implementation.

ir. Jan de Waal CEng
Jan de Waal has been a member of the main board since December 2023. He graduated as a Civil Engineer from Delft University of Technology in 1987, and then followed a mostly international career in infrastructure project development and in the oil/gas sector. An active KIVI member and enthusiastic ambassador of the lifelong development theme, he joined the Chartership Committee in 2022. Portfolio: Chartered Engineering.
