Miguel Delcour says: “We are very pleased to have been able to sign this agreement and now recognize and mutually facilitate the full potential of international operating engineers. Engineers who have obtained a Chartered Engineer registration (CEng or IEng) with KIVI can now transfer the registration to the UK and vice versa. This also applies to engineers who are admitted as KIVI's Chartered Engineer via the Construction Register.”
Engineers who have obtained professional registration in the jurisdiction of the country through a mutual recognition pathway, with exemptions from the usual assessment process, are not eligible for the admission pathways set forth in this agreement.
