KIVI on the map

During the previous KIVI Board Day, board members from various branches came together to work on strengthening our activities and KIVI’s social impact. In inspiring workshops, we explored how we can turn ideas into concrete initiatives within KIVI’s four social clusters.

The ‘KIVI on the Map’ meeting builds on this event. Whilst the Board Day was primarily aimed at branch boards, this follow-up meeting is open to a wider group of engaged KIVI members. As well as board members, active members who wish to contribute their ideas and get involved in initiatives within the clusters are also welcome.

During this meeting, we will continue to develop a number of ideas that emerged during the previous sessions in the following cluster themes:

1. Cluster: From ecological footprint to the power of nature – technology for a liveable Earth
2. Cluster: Peace and Security – technology for a resilient world
3. Cluster: Smart and healthy living – technology for people and society
4. Cluster: Tomorrow’s Energy – technology as the driving force behind the transition

Together, we will pool ideas, expertise and initiatives to develop them further. The aim of the meeting is to work with a network of directors and committed members to take concrete steps towards activities, collaborations and projects that contribute to the social role of technology.

The meeting will take place on Friday 2 October from 16:00 to 20:00, including a buffet and drinks to round off the evening.
