KIVI Complaints Procedure
KIVI wishes to ensure a healthy and safe environment for everyone involved with the association, in whatever capacity or role. The KIVI Internal Complaints Procedure is designed to offer KIVI members a process through which they can raise concerns about undesirable or inappropriate behaviour by a fellow member in an accessible manner. This ensures that all parties feel taken seriously and heard, with the aim of reaching a solution supported by those involved and the association. In other words, every member ā whether an ordinary member, an advisory member, a member of the (executive) board, a committee member or a member of the Membersā Council ā regardless of their role, function or position within the association, must feel free and confident to make use of this procedure.
