Blue2Green is a company you wish you had thought of yourself. When it goes live soon, it will help hospitals get rid of a major problem. Namely the amount of waste, from disposable gloves and compresses to scissors and more complicated tools that now goes straight to waste disposal. It really is a lot: the Dutch healthcare sector emits about as much CO2 as the national airline industry. That will soon be over.

blue2Green's creator and founder Cees Duijn already has contracts with the RKZ, the OLVG, the UMC and many other hospitals and transporters.
