Safety in the Sky
Description
This year, V.S.V. Sipke Wynia (study association of the HBO Aeronautical Engineering course in Delft) is organising its 35th symposium. The symposium will be held on Thursday 26 May at Inholland Rotterdam. This year's theme is 'Safety in the Sky'.
During the symposium, various safety aspects in aviation will be discussed. Not only the technical aspect of the aircraft itself comes to mind.
The symposium will address the major safety aspects of 'Safety in the Sky' in the same chronological order as when you travel by plane yourself. Thus, we want to show you the complete picture of safety in aviation, but at the same time beyond it.
We will also address, for instance, cybersecurity and F-35 implementation at Defence. But that, of course, is not all.
The programme will start at 9:45 a.m. (walk-in from 9:00 a.m.) and end around 4:00 p.m. and will turn into networking drinks until 6:00 p.m. During the day, you will be provided with a coffee break, lunch and afterwards there will be a networking reception where companies such as Fokker Aerostructures, Burdock, Defence and CGI will be present with an information stand
