The Asset Management & Maintenance Department will organise a series of online sessions on technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2024.

As getting the right information and its findability plays an increasing role, all webinars this year will deal with the central theme "Knowledge and network centres". We will cover the theme with case studies from the client perspective. We will share our experiences and explore the knowledge and added value present in networks.

Our target group consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of Assetowner, Asset manager, technical service provider, consultant, inspector, contract manager, project leader, enforcer or user.

We ensure that there is plenty of room for interaction and knowledge sharing in the sessions. As a result, each session has its own unique character with sometimes surprising outcomes.

The sessions are recorded in the time slot from 16:30 to 18:00, so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.

We will organise the first webinar of the annual programme 2024on Wednesday 14 February, focusing on good commissioning practices. After all, with the client lies the basis for success, the right information and the choice in cooperation.

Our speaker is Jochem Frehe, an experienced manager and strategic consultant in the construction and real estate sector. Also active with various clients at the intersection of housing, organisational development and construction.

From recent conversations with over 20 clients, he will share his views on required competences for "good commissioning". He will discuss the importance of (knowledge) networks for developing competences and incorporate them into a practical case study. The aim of this session is to inspire participants to better fulfil his/her role as a principal this year.
