The Department of Asset Management & Maintenance is organising a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2023.

All the webinars in this year's programme have to deal with the central theme "Collaboration". Not surprising, but oh so important. The theme returns again and again as we follow developments in staff shortages, data-driven applications and new forms of contract.

The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity for digital discussion until 18:30.

Wednesday 3 May 2023 We will consider chain cooperation from a supplier perspective. How can a party further down the chain demonstrate its added value to the asset owner?

Our speaker is George van de Rijt,Service Sales Manager Digital & Smart Asset Management at Grundfos, see also George van de Rijt | LinkedIn

His presentation will address challenges and developments in building maintenance, considering concrete cases in applications of pumps.

Using an example to preserve, it will be shown that in many situations it makes sense not to wait too long with replacements.

Aart de Jong will introduce the webinar on behalf of the Asset Management & Maintenance Department.
