The Department of Asset Management & Maintenance is also organising a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2023.

All webinars this year will deal with the central theme "Collaboration". Not surprising, but oh so important. The theme returns again and again as we follow developments in staff shortages, data-driven applications and new forms of contracts.

The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.

Wednesday, 1 February 2023, we will start with an introduction to the central theme. There appear to be many forms of collaboration. Depending on the situation, some forms of cooperation are better than others. Nevertheless, opinions are numerous.

In this first session, we will therefore lay the foundations for sharing our experiences even better in the future, i.e. working together.

Aart de Jong will introduce the webinar on behalf of the Asset Management & Maintenance Department.
André Salomonson, Senior consultant and partner at Wundershift (see André Salomonson | LinkedIn) will take us through the complex topic of collaboration and offer us more clarity through stimulating interaction.
