Maintenance in the asset life cycle
3rd online session Building Maintenance 2021 on 7 April 2021.
The Maintenance Department will organise monthly online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2021.
Standards such as ISO 55000-Asset management, ISSO Sustainable Management and Maintenance, NEN standards and other standard guidelines are used as a framework. At the same time, a practical interpretation is given from the perspective of the technical management and maintenance of the monumental KIVI building. We will also regularly invite frontrunners, market leaders and objective knowledge sharers to tell their stories.
The aim of the sessions is to take participants along in developing a vision, strategy and concrete policies and sub aspects. The sessions take place monthly on every1st Wednesday of the month from 4.30pm to 6pm via Teams and are recorded in this time slot, so people can watch them again on the internet. Digital walk-in starts at 3.30pm. After 6pm, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 7pm.
Next Wednesday, April 7, 2021, the 3e online session will take place, dealing with Maintenance in the Asset Life Cycle.
KIVI Maintenance board member Aart de Jong of Tiberius Maintenance, also a member of the KIVI Building Committee and working as an advisor on Technical Management and Maintenance, will introduce this session.
LCC/TCO expert and lecturer Bernd Karstenberg (see also LinkedIn profile) of Life Cycle Vision and closely involved in NL/SfB committee BIM Loket and committee NEN 2699 Investment and operating costs will elaborate on the central theme and practical questions from participants. The integral view on investment costs, operating costs and energy costs will broaden your view!
Besides knowledge sharing, we aim for a lot of interaction, for which there will be plenty of room.
