The Department of Asset Management & Maintenance is organising a series of online sessions on technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2024.
Because getting the right information and its findability is becoming increasingly important, all webinars this year will deal with the central theme "Knowledge and network centres". We will cover the theme with case studies from the client perspective. We will share our experiences and explore the knowledge and added value present in networks.
Our target group consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of Assetowner, Assetmanager, technical service provider, consultant, inspector, contract manager, project leader, enforcer or user.
We ensure that there is enough room for interaction and knowledge sharing in the sessions. As a result, each session has its own unique character with sometimes surprising outcomes.
The sessions will be recorded in the time slot from 16:30 to 18:00, so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30. We will organise the second webinar of the 2024 Annual Programme on Wednesday 6 March 2024 and will show how sustainability has accelerated on the basis of a case study of the Provinciehuis Overijssel in Zwolle.
Our speaker is Erik Ruikes, an experienced manager at Heijmans, has been closely involved in this project and will take us through various challenges that have been overcome. He will also discuss some of the relevant networks and information sources that added value in this case study. The aim of this session is to use this case as a best practice to give participants guidance on their sustainability challenges.
