The Asset Management & Maintenance Department will organise a series of online sessions on technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2024.

As getting the right information and its findability is becoming increasingly important, all webinars this year will deal with the central theme "Knowledge and network centres". We will cover the theme with case studies from the client perspective. We will share our experiences and explore the knowledge and added value present in networks.

Our target group consists of people who recognise themselves in the roles of Assetowner, Assetmanager, technical service provider, consultant, inspector, contract manager, project leader, enforcer or user.
We ensure that there is enough room for interaction and knowledge sharing in the sessions. Each session will therefore have its own unique character with sometimes surprising outcomes.
The sessions will be recorded in the time slot from 16:30 to 18:00, so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will also be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.

We will host the next webinar of the Annual Programme 2024 on Wednesday 1 May 2024 and discuss two cases from the consultant's perspective.

First, from an owner/user situation, we will discuss a major maintenance project of TU Delft's Faculty of Applied Physics (Building 22). Then, from a commercial environment (WTC The Hague), we discuss the trajectory from an initial sustainability question to a sustainability advice and guidance from a consultant.

Our speakers are Oscar Scheers and John Hoff, both working as consultants at Traject Advisors & Managers. They will take us through various challenges of the two projects and generally discuss some sources of information that add value in these types of projects. The aim of this session is to exchange tips and tricks with participants.
