The Department of Asset Management & Maintenance is organising a series of online sessions covering aspects in the field of technical management and maintenance (TBO) in buildings in 2023.
All the webinars in this year's programme deal with the central theme "Collaboration". Not surprising, but oh so important. The theme returns again and again as we follow developments in staff shortages, data-driven applications and new contract forms.

The sessions will be recorded in the time block from 16:30 to 18:00 so that people can watch them again via the KIVI website. The sheets will be shared in pdf via the KIVI website. After 18:00, there will be an opportunity to talk digitally until 18:30.

Wednesday 8 March 2023 will focus on collaboration with market players. Our speakers Anand Moelchand and Erik van der Wel will elaborate on successful collaboration aspects from a client perspective vis-à-vis market parties. It will partly be an interactive session, with room for discussion. And from Anand and Erik's experience, a few practical examples will be presented.

The aim of this session is to show that collaborating with market players can help you achieve your organisational goals.
