Kick-off lecture Civilian in conflict
Onno Dwars gives an introduced lecture on 'Civilian in Conflict'. This topic, which is also the main theme of the upcoming symposium, clearly reflects today's civil climate. Civil engineering students increasingly find themselves in the situation where multiple interest groups come into conflict with each other. We are in a transition period, where thinking about tomorrow's world is of high importance. Onno Dwars will give an accurate situation sketch on this.
