1. Introduction (duration: 15 min)
Speaker: A. Kors Environmental manager Programme Agency HWBP
Mr Kors will give a description of the high water protection programme which will include the following points:
- Reasons for the HWBP
- Scope of the programme
- Assignment and organisation of the programme agency

2. Plan study phase (duration: 30 min)
Speaker: A. v/d Laan, Technical Manager Programme Agency HWBP
Mr van der Laan will elaborate on the process surrounding the plan study phase. Among other things, he will explain the following topics:
- Granting subsidies
- Management and quality assurance of the projects
- Guidance documents
- Tests of the HWBP

3. Execution of HWBP projects (duration: 30 min)
Speaker: P. Meesen, Contract Manager Programme Agency HWBP
Among other things, Mr Meesen will explain problems that (can) occur during the realisation phase of projects. In addition, he will discuss the following topics:
- New contract forms
- Innovations
- Risks

4. Highlighting HWBP project(s) of WS Rivierenland (duration: 30 min)
Speaker: F. van den Berg, Project coordinator Waterschap Rivierenland
Mr van den Berg will elaborate on specific projects and practical experiences of Waterschap Rivierenland
