About the Symposium:
On 3 February 2026, ConcepT's 33rd symposium will take place at the Van der Valk Hotel in Enschede. The theme of this symposium is 'Engineering the Future: Pioneering Innovation to empower the next generation' (click here for more information on the theme). Various companies from different Civil Engineering sectors will be present at the symposium. They will provide lectures, workshops and more.

Theme:
The 33rd Civil Engineering symposium, organised by student association ConcepT, will take place on 3 February 2026. The event provides a platform for students and professionals in Civil Engineering to meet, network and exchange knowledge on this year's theme: "Engineering the future: pioneering innovation to empower the next generation".
The world of Civil Engineering is constantly evolving. Modern technologies, new generations and innovative structures, solutions and methods require the discipline not only to keep pace with these changes, but also to anticipate and even lead them. This is what we call Engineering the Future: not just following transitions, but creating them. To achieve this, we must try, fail, improve and manage - again and again - until we reach the point where we can truly shape the world of tomorrow. In short: pioneering innovation to empower the next generation.
