This year's Water Construction Day 2021 will take place on Thursday 28 October at the Beatrix Theatre (Jaarbeurs) in Utrecht. We hope to meet live again then. If it is still not possible to organise a (full) physical meeting at that time, we will start looking at what possibilities there are.

This annual event provides an overview of the latest developments and new projects in the hydraulic engineering sector. For hydraulic engineers from the Netherlands and Belgium, it is the opportunity to meet fellow professionals. It is a fascinating day not only for experienced experts, but also for young professionals and students.

CREATE YOUR OWN PROGRAMME WITH CURRENT PROJECTS

In the morning and at the end of the afternoon, Waterbouwdag participants attend a plenary programme packed with speakers. In the afternoon, participants can compile their own programme, with a wide choice of parallel sessions. These sessions will cover new developments and national and international projects. You can also attend high-profile College Tours. You will meet many colleagues in the corridors.

INFORMATION MARKET

An important meeting place during the Waterbouwdag is the information market. At this market, companies and institutions present their latest products and services. Would you like your company to be present at the information market? If so, please contact Angelique van Tongeren of the Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI) on telephone number 070-3919890 or e-mail waterbouwdag@kivi.nl.

You will have access to a 3 x 3 metre space with:

  • High standing table with bar stool or a desk table with two chairs
  • Power connection (guaranteed power 100 watts per connection)
  • Floor cleaning of aisles after set-up
  • Frieze with name
  • Wifi
  • Optional: more stand space

At the opening by the chairman of the day, your logo will be displayed in the main hall. Your company name will also be mentioned on the Hydraulics Day website. Finally, you will, of course, receive countless valuable contacts.
