The Wiki includes experiences of dike managers in storylines on dike monitoring. The Wiki also contains technical information on dike monitoring techniques and their application. This makes the Wiki a living knowledge platform. You are cordially invited to attend the launch and see how the Wiki can support you in your daily work. We also want your experience to be included in the Wiki! Share your experience from basic monitoring, project monitoring and analysis of collected data to decision-making. If you have a case worth sharing, please let us know and register via netwerk@dijkmonitoring.nl. We will gladly help you elaborate your storyline (a format for this is available and we will gladly send it to you).

In preparation for this workshop, we would like to work out your case so that it can be added live to the Wiki during the launch of the Wiki on 30 October. From success stories to bloopers, share your experience with your colleagues in the sector and contribute to making the Wiki Dike Monitoring vibrant and alive!

Speakers: including Oscar van Dam (NDM, STOWA), Erik Vastenburg (HHNK), Jan-Willem Nieuwenhuis (NZV), Anne Backer and Martin van der Meer (NDM, Fugro), Wouter Zomer (NDM, BZ Engineers & Managers)

We have more than 30 years of experience in dike monitoring in the Netherlands. STOWA recorded this earlier in the well-known Inspection Guides. However, developments are rapid and there is a great need for a constantly updated insight into experiences and techniques. That is why the Wiki Dijkmonitoring was built! It will be formally launched on 30 October.

the dot on the horizon has been set with system monitoring. The Wiki dike monitoring helps us share knowledge. How do we take the step towards structured further learning from dike monitoring and the dikes we monitor? How can we use locations we know a lot about for the next step: calibrating new techniques, drafting Dike Digitwins and training AI?

You can register for this workshop via netwerk@dijkmonitoring.nl. Please mention in the mail which workshop(s) you are signing up for.
