Better business results with CSR
Description
Corporate sustainability is regularly highlighted in the media. Many companies do or intend to do something about it. But what exactly is sustainable business? What does it involve in practice? And how can it improve a company's strategic competitive position?
More and more organisations are making the switch to sustainable business. Sometimes from an idealistic motivation, to make a positive contribution to the environment and society in addition to focusing on profitability. Often also because it helps organisations save costs, improve their competitive position or because they are forced to do so by external factors (public opinion or legislation). When switching to sustainable business, many encounter obstacles. The subject is comprehensive and therefore somewhat elusive. Translating (idealistic) objectives into a clear strategy with matching policy and measures is sometimes difficult.
