About the company CMP Fibalite BV
CMP Fibalite BV has been developing and innovating unique and sustainable maintenance products and systems for industry to prevent and treat various forms of corrosion since 1973. Some of the unique CMP Fibalite products include Alucemp, Fibalite, Fibalite Wearpad and Fibashield, renowned patented coatings and linings, which can be applied both as a single product or in combination with other CMP Fibalite products. CMP Fibalite is a global specialist in Corrosion Under Insulation the so-called CUI.
CMP Fibalite focuses on sustainability projects. If possible, most Fibalite products and systems are applied in the construction phase of (pipeline) projects for heat recovery, among other things, and are extremely time- and cost-saving in lifecycle maintenance terms.
CMP Fibalite has experience in sustainable cost savings and is a reliable partner within the industry. CMP Fibalite advises asset owners and engineering companies in the design and implementation phases of projects where cost, time, quality and sustainability throughout the lifecycle play a key role.

Projects at Moerdijk Industrial Estate
At the Moerdijk Port and Industrial Estate, various plans are being prepared to enable the large-scale reuse of energy flows between different companies. This sounds more complicated than it is. Actually, it is very simple: one company has something left over, e.g. heat, hot water, steam or CO2 and another nearby company can make good use of it. The motto here is: "Your waste becomes my raw material".

Havenschap Moerdijk has already laid a sustainably insulated steam pipeline and a hot water pipeline, a second steam pipeline will be realised shortly. The company CMP Fibalite signed for the innovative protective retraining of the insulated pipelines.

To enable sustainability projects within the Moerdijk Port Authority, innovation and further optimisation of costs are essential. Traditional design and implementation methods often hamper sustainability in business cases, returns and costs. The Port Authority is open to innovations within the market and is happy to invest in proven innovations for now and in the future
