Getting started from your own practice!
Description
Workshop Rhineland governance: Getting started with your own business case
About our time, there is increasing thinking that we are in a period of transition (Wijffels, Bommerez, Rotmans). The industrial revolution has passed its peak, is 'overripe', culminating in shareholder capitalism. At the same time, alternatives are emerging: relational intelligence, connecting, co-creation. All this touches on the essence of Business Administration.
As early as 1991, Frenchman Michel Albert spoke of Anglo-Saxon capitalism as well as Rhineland capitalism. In the Netherlands we are now familiar with Anglo-Saxon and Rhineland capitalism at the level of organisations (Schouten, Weggeman, Peters) .
The workshop facilitators Willemijn Brouwer, Henk van de Steen, Jurriaan Cals and Sjaak Evers go for Rhineland, but also find it practical for individuals to look at life and the world through several spectacles, starting with two spectacles, Rhineland and Anglo-Saxon. This is the basis of their book Da's toch logisch, about how Rhineland Doers organise their own work and how you can do it yourself.
The workshop is intended for any business expert, but especially for the not so long ago graduate! Enthusiastic, he got to work and he noticed that the context of his work has its own logic, which is far from always in line with the logic of the young business expert. The question is what is sensible, what to do now.
The workshop will enable the young business expert to better view his issues from two perspectives (Anglo-Saxon and Rhineland)!
Price for KIVI members €35.00 and for non-members €50.00. This amount includes the workbook
