Integrated business management at NS
Description
KIVI members advise NS on integral business management.
The KIVI Department of Business Administration is organising an evening session for its members together with NS on 18 November 2014. The aim is to acquaint members with a problem from practice. The NS will get solutions from our association and we will practice in consultancy.
After a short introduction of the company, one related problem will be outlined with request for our advice.
After that, we will split into 5 groups to define one advice per group. The 5 groups will then give their advice in plenary to our speaker.
The maximum number of participants therefore 30.

- Introduction of the company NS
- The introduction of "integral business management" with a case dealing with how to find the balance between a (social) operational company and a (commercial) financial company. Clarifying questions on the case followed by a division into groups.

18:15 Working out the problem definition in the groups
19:15 Presentation of the solutions to Jeroen
