The Business Administration Department is taking the initiative to have its members participate in Intervision, an opportunity to work on professional reflection with peers, in 2015.
We will start with a kick-off meeting on 9 June 2015.

Why Intervision?
Intervision offers you the opportunity to reflect on practical situations with a number of colleagues, using an intervision method. The focus is on increasing your personal effectiveness, exploring professional views and enriching your repertoire of actions. Set-up KIVI Intervision:
The quality of the intervision process determines the result. Therefore, during a kick-off meeting, we introduce interested parties to intervision through a short workshop. During the kick-off meeting, we also create a group format with which the participants will meet a number of times during the rest of the year and do intervision themselves. Kees Duivestein, engineer and organisational consultant, will supervise the kick-off meeting and organisation of Intervision for KIVI-Bedrijfskunde.

We will start with a maximum of 20 participants, based on the order of registration.

This kick-off meeting starts at 18:00 with sandwiches, coffee, tea and soft drinks of your choice in the KIVI building, Prinsessegracht 23, 2514 AP The Hague.

We expect the meeting to end around 21:00.
