Masterclass How to build a strong team! (by Eric Bogers)
Masterclass This is how to build a strong team!
A strong team! A team that performs optimally and in which people enjoy working. A team that hardly needs any direction and is very independent. How great would that be?
Unfortunately, this is often not the case.
Recognise this:
- people do not work well together, sometimes even against each other
- mutual communication is difficult or even non-existent
- little use is made of each other's qualities
- there are intangible informal forces slowing down the team
- team members mainly talk about each other instead of with each other
- there is no We-feeling, no mutual trust
a team does not automatically become a strong team. This is not down to the benevolence of individual team members. It usually lies in the way the team is led.
Want to know what you can do about that yourself? Then come to this Masterclass for valuable insights and tips, and of course the experience exchange with others.
Learn in this Masterclass:
- When a team is actually a team (and when not)?
- The map for identifying the real bottlenecks
- The difference between Upper and Lower Current in teams
- 3 effective interventions to use in a team session
- 4 practical tools to apply in daily work
