Masterclass This is how to build a strong team!

A strong team! A team that performs optimally and in which people enjoy working. A team that hardly needs any direction and is very independent. How great would that be?

Unfortunately, this is often not the case.

Recognise this:

  • people do not work well together, sometimes even against each other
  • mutual communication is difficult or even non-existent
  • little use is made of each other's qualities
  • there are intangible informal forces slowing down the team
  • team members mainly talk about each other instead of with each other
  • there is no We-feeling, no mutual trust

a team does not automatically become a strong team. This is not down to the benevolence of individual team members. It usually lies in the way the team is led.
