Ever thought about your career? Probably yes, and? Not always that simple, right?
Make sure you have as much control over your own career as possible. This is where KIVI NIRIA and TSM Business School can help you.
Following the successful meetings in 2009, KIVI NIRIA and TSM Business School will again jointly organise the (Mid) Career Counselling workshop on Monday 20 September 2010. Through this joint approach, KIVI NIRIA and TSM Business School want to express the strong bond with our respective members and participant groups. We therefore cordially invite you and guests are also very welcome!
Dr Pim Paffen (Core lecturer Personal Development & Leadership at TSM Business School) will highlight the following issues during this interactive evening:

From KIVI NIRIA, engineering coaches will be present to discuss the issues with the participants in small groups. The engineering coach is an experienced fellow engineer who helps colleagues on their way, based on their own practical experience. They take a fresh look at your situation and can advise you on career questions, for example, but also offer help in starting a business or practice.
We will make it a fascinating evening with a quick scan, some assignments, discussion and of course the opportunity to meet (former) participants of the Management for Young Engineers course and fellow KIVI NIRIA members
