Museum brewery De Roos
Description
Stichting Museumbrouwerij De Roos is a not-for-profit organisation. Instead, the foundation has to make ends meet without income in the form of subsidies. Revenue is generated from the sale of beers. Nevertheless, the board was looking for a more fixed return that would guarantee improvement, conservation and maintenance for years to come. Museumbrouwerij De Roos achieves this financial basis by means of the Beer Bonds.
With the purchase of a Beer Bond, one is not asked to donate money to Museumbrouwerij De Roos, but to lend money in denominations of €50 or a multiple thereof, bonds are issued. The maximum term is ten years and each year 10% of the euro annual volume is drawn and the corresponding amount of money is repaid. Interest is 7.5% and is paid in December each year. Lottery and interest payments are made with bonds outstanding for at least one year ! The well-known and often maligned phrase "Past performance..." does not apply at De Roos does not apply at De Roos: this interest rate is guaranteed for the full term of the bonds.
On this evening, the secrets of how this successful method of fundraising works will be explained to you. You will be surprised at its success. Of course, you can also participate yourself in this successful formula of Museum Brewery De Roos.
