Description
Lecture taking a closer look at the link between engineers and consulting and engineering firms. The engineering industry is a very dynamic sector. A sector that is also increasingly internationally oriented. During workshops held in 2012, it became clear that despite the economic crisis and changing outlook, there is cautious optimism, but the challenges for engineering firms are clear. Surveys revealed customer satisfaction as the most important business issue. Some ways to boost customer satisfaction were discussed, but there may be a discrepancy between the perception of the firm and the perception of the client.
