TRIZ: 70 million patents for inspiration
Description
On Monday 20 June, Joris Craandijk of Innovative Partners will explain what TRIZ (theory of the resolution of invention-related tasks) is and how you can apply it.
Innovative Partners supports R&D departments, engineers and project and innovation managers - at Shell, SKF, Friesland Campina and Stedin, among others - in generating new insights, inspiration and concrete ideas regarding their complex (innovation) challenges. Complex in the sense that insufficient knowledge is available within their own organisation and network to meet them.
Innovative Partners uses a process based on the TRIZ methodology to make so-called unusual relevant connections. This uses Patent Inspiration software; a powerful, customer-friendly, visually driven tool with access to more than 70 million patents as inspiration.
Using the right keywords and reviewing built-in analyses (50 of them) reveals trends, technologies, inventions and solutions from other industries that put you in the right mindset. You will also directly find individuals, companies and universities that can validate knowledge and help you come up with even better ideas.
Come to The Hague on 20 June to learn about how TRIZ and Patent Inspiration works and experience what you can do with it.
