More belief in one's own abilities is one of the results from the study recently conducted by Tilburg University on the effects of chat coaching.

After the hype of e-learning (in which the e was regularly associated with lonely), it seems that learning via internet technology has gained mature status. Online coaching seems to work. But what exactly does it do?
- Three participants experience a ChatCoach session beforehand
- A presentation (with recent research findings) provides insight and insight into what online coaching does
- The interactive brainstorming session clarifies views around online professionalisation in your own professional practice.

Ir. Margreet Hibma (1969)
is a consulting engineer with a passion for leadership development. She combines her work experience in logistics with thorough training as a coach at the European Institute (de Baak) in the professional coaching of people in business. As a coach, she has conducted research into the professionalisation of internal guidance and guided culture change projects as part of reorganisations, among other things.

Jeanette A.M. Krijnen (1968)
has always worked at the interface between people and work. After the post-HBO training in supervision and coaching, she focused entirely on coaching in business from KCC/ChatCoach and in cooperation with other professional specialisations.
